仕事内容

●Lead Change Management for System and Platform Refreshes:       

Take primary responsibility for leading change management efforts associated with the refresh of systems and platforms, ensuring smooth transitions for the organization.

●Analyze Business Process Impact:         

Work closely with Business Process Leads to assess the impact of changes on business processes, identifying key risks and proactively addressing potential disruptions.

●Proactively Identify and Mitigate Risks:  

Lead efforts to anticipate and mitigate risks during the transition phase, especially before Go-Live, by working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all potential challenges are addressed in advance.

●Ensure Smooth Post-Go-Live Adoption:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the effective adoption and integration of new processes or platforms post-Go-Live, ensuring that employees and teams are well-equipped to work with the new systems and processes.

●Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with Business Process Leads, functional teams, and other stakeholders to align on change strategies and ensure that risks are managed, and goals are met throughout the change process.

●Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement and Training:

Facilitate engagement sessions and adoption training programs that prepare employees for new systems and processes, helping them understand the rationale for change and enabling them to adopt new tools and ways of working.

●Track and Report Progress:

Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, track metrics, and provide regular updates on progress to key stakeholders, using data to drive improvements where necessary.

●Support Business Continuity:

Help ensure business continuity during the transition period by working closely with teams to manage operational changes and minimize disruptions to daily activities.

必要スキル

【必須条件】

●Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

●Experience:

・3+ years of product change management experience, with proven track record of delivering successful products.
・Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading product/process initiatives across various departments.

●Skills:

・Strong experience in leading change management efforts specifically related to system and platform change, with a focus on understanding and managing the impact on business processes.
・Demonstrated experience in ensuring smooth transitions during Go-Live and driving business adoption after new systems and processes are implemented.
・Experience in designing and delivering training programs to ensure employees are equipped to effectively adopt new systems and processes.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels as team player
・Strong problem solving skills and ability to think strategically while balancing user needs and business objectives
・Ability to drive change and manage resistance within an organization.
