The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join and hire our
executive team and play a pivotal role in growing and
driving operational excellence across our portfolio of
retirement communities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and
effective delivery of services across all communities.
Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with the company’s
overall vision and growth objectives.
Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring financial responsibility and
efficient resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident care, service
delivery, and operational efficiency.
Oversee all aspects of community management, including resident relations, staff
supervision, and quality assurance processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents,
families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in senior living, identifying new
opportunities to improve resident experience and company performance.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team, including the
CEO, CFO, and CMO, to ensure a cohesive and successful leadership approach.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior living management or a related field.
Proven track record of success in leading and growing a multi-site operation.
Strong understanding of the operational challenges and opportunities within the
senior living industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans to
achieve financial goals.
Excellent communication in English & Japanese Languages, collaboration, and
interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision
making.
Passion for providing exceptional service and creating a positive living environment
for seniors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a
related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior living management or a related field.
Proven track record of success in leading and growing a multi-site operation.
Strong understanding of the operational challenges and opportunities within the
senior living industry.
