The Position
The position of Investor Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting investor services
administration in relation to the client base in the Asia Pacific Region. The position also provides
marketing and investor relations support to the marketing and investor relations representatives in Asia
Pacific region as appropriate. We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to fulfill a
unique opportunity within our dynamic environment.
The role will assist in the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Investor Services Administration
With respect to Asia Pacific clients, consultants, and industry organizations, to be responsible for the
following:
Provide day to day support to current and prospective clients across several real estate funds
Coordinate specific quarterly reports requested by investors
Translate marketing materials, fund related documents into Japanese. Coordinate with external
translation vendor.
Updating, on a quarterly basis, Asia Pacific specific marketing materials including Fund
Presentations, Asia Pacific Business Overview and Japan Business Overview.
Maintain/coordinate documents on the Investor Portal
Conducting client analysis to support fundraising/client retention
In coordination with Compliance as needed, ensuring that marketing related materials and
documents are reviewed in accordance with FSA’s requirements and in compliance with otherlocal
regulatory requirements
Participate in a variety of projects and process improvement initiatives, partnering with colleagues
from offices across different regions, as required.

必要スキル

Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, investor relations or related function
preferably within the investment management industry.
Fluent in Japanese both in writing and speaking.
Business level English in writing and reading.
Ability to translate Materials in Japanese.
Ability to multitask and enjoy assisting the team.
Proactive; plenty of initiatives and the ability to operate autonomously; ability to think
forward/plan ahead
Good organizational and management skills, with the ability to prioritize efficiently between
competing demands. Time management skills, with the ability to plan/coordinate tasks to ensure
deadlines are met
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate all parties involved (across the
organization and with third parties), foster and maintain effective relationships internally and
externally on a local and international basis
Be attentive to details and meticulous to ensure that filing of all marketing materials are in order
and that marketing information, client communication, client database are up to date and consistent
IT literate: familiarity with management of client management system such as Salesforce,
Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel skills), Access and Internet. Attention to the
visual aspect of presentations and ability to create and enhance presentations/spreadsheets
Develop knowledge of the company’s product offerings; clients and prospects; and the industry overall
over time, to ensure there is effective client communications and that Marketing Materials and all
information released meet compliance and regulatory standards whilst maintaining marketing
effectiveness
