●Position Overview
The Bilingual Vehicle Test Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end testing activities for Connected Car Services (CCS). This role ensures the reliability of CCS before vehicle release, coordinating resources, overseeing test execution, analyzing results, and reporting findings. The position provides an opportunity for full ownership of testing activities and exposure to program-level management.

●About the Department:
- The end-to-end testing team ensures the reliability of Connected Car Services (CCS) before vehicle release.
- The team consists of three members in Japan and additional testers in the testing country.

●About the Project:
- The company supports customers in planning, executing, and reporting end-to-end testing for Connected Car Services.
- The company receives the vehicle release plan from the client and then plans the testing process.
- The company is responsible for managing and verifying all necessary resources to conduct testing.

●Responsibilities:
- Lead vehicle testing activities, including resource planning and execution.
- Collect information on the testing environment, plan test execution, and obtain management approval.
- Oversee test execution, report results, and conduct basic issue analysis post-testing.

登録資格 ●Minimum qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in testing or test management activities.
- Strong knowledge of Connected Car Services.
- Experience in program management.
- Hands-on issue management experience.
- Proficiency in issue analysis and management.
- Familiarity with Vector CANoe and JIRA/issue management tools.

Languages:
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level

● Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of CAN and Ethernet communication.
- Experience with various communication protocols such as MQTT, SMS, call-related protocols, 4G, and 5G.
