<Duties and responsibilities >
●Event Organisation and Management:
Lead and run all proprietary and distributor events, both in physical and virtual formats, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage all aspects of event management and planning to ensure flawless execution: venue sourcing, vendor sourcing, negotiation of costs, catering, AV, collateral, print and special materials as required.
Be hands-on in the entire process, including areas in event logistics, content creation, onsite management, and other activities up to post event reporting and evaluation.
Demonstrate understanding of the target audience, key decision makers and thought leaders in large corporations, institutions and intermediaries to develop relevant and insightful events that reinforce the brand values and investment propositions.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Develop and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Responsible for budget management of events to include accurate budgeting forecasting and recording of expenses.
●Marketing Communications:
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, digital campaigns, direct mail and web).
Collect data from marketing campaigns.
Help distribute marketing materials.
Update company brochure at quarterly basis.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Collaborate with local stakeholders (sales and support functions) to realize planned marketing activities to reach Japan BDU’s target audience and channels.
Proactively assist executing integrated marketing programmes highlighting focus strategies and themes, content and thought leadership, brand and promotional activities, digital, social and other communications.

必要スキル
Tertiary educated with relevant working experience in Asset Management Industry.
Possess a “can-do” and highly motivated attitude with a sense of urgency.
Proactive, strong ability to drive and partner with cross-functional teams and a good
team player.
Knowledge about the institutional and wholesale/retail segments in asset management,
with a strong understanding of product marketing within a highly regulated industry, as well as the “Do’s and Don’ts” of the advertising guidelines appreciated.
Fluent English speaking appreciated.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Words/PPT/Excel)
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools i.e.
Salesforce, Online analytics, and Google Ads)
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Possess a “can-do” and highly motivated attitude with a sense of urgency.
