●Overview
The L&D team belonging to the Talent Department (Human Resources Department) is a
function that supports the achievement of corporate business strategy and human resources
demand, such as talent development, performance review and diversity & inclusiveness. L&D
team work closely with HR business partners in the talent department and Learning partners in
each Sub Service Line.
●Role responsibility:
Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to drive learning and development
programs. Manage and plan the leadership development programs to accomplish the
organization’s leadership development strategies. To be able to acquire wide range of
experiences and to develop skills to plan, create and facilitate leadership development
programs.
● Form collaborative relationships with Human Resources advisers and Business Partners in
order to execute leadership development strategies and efforts to support the
growth/strategic objectives of the company
● Design and conduct more than 250 tax technical trainings and selected/targeted leadership
development programs. Facilitate a part of programs as an instructor.
● Connect with vendors, internal facilitators and domestic/global counterparts to plan the
logistics, setup training facilities to smoothly run training programs

必要スキル
● Bachelor’s Degree. 3-5 years of experience in Leadership & Development is mandatory
● Experience in facilitation of business skills and leadership skills training programs is
mandatory
● Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, both with the business and
HR Advisors
● Effective communication and presentation skills and an ability to influence across diverse
stakeholder groups
● High degree of inter-cultural awareness and agility
● Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Good team player in Japanese business environment
● Native Japanese and fluency in English is a must
● Solid knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
