Job/Group Overview:
The Global Markets Digital Strategy Department contributes to business transformation in our company by formulating digital strategies for Global Markets. It is also in charge of managing the trading platform across a variety of financial products. By analysing market data and various other data sources, we are developing trading platforms that make full use of advanced information technology; we routinely use mathematical modelling and workflow optimization to respond to investors’ needs around the world. We are closely collaborating with other departments in Sales and Trading and Technology. The department coverage starts from Japan (Headquarters) and expands to Asia and Global. We welcome motivated and intellectually curious individuals who are looking for challenges and interested in expanding our company’s global platform.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for experienced Java programmers to work on our algorithmic trading platform for Equities.
You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying our trading strategies.
You will also be involved in improving the ecosystem around the trading platform (test environment, framework).
Interface with our applied quant research group where necessary to deliver unique insight and signals into the trading platform.

Requirements :
Mandatory

・Relevant experience in Java
・Business level in English　 - English is extensively used in the workplace, and you will be collaborating with teams in Hong Kong, India, and China
・experience in Algorithmic Trading for Equities
