Network of Contacts: Strong connections with international large corporates or the public sector, demonstrating the ability to establish strategic partnerships.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and
English, with the ability to present business strategies convincingly to senior management.
Critical Analysis: Strong skills in credit analysis and experience with legal documentation related to financial products.
Autonomy and Initiative: Proven ability to work independently and execute business initiatives,
along with making strategic decisions confidently without direct supervision.
