仕事内容

・Manage, analyze, and review all returns submitted to local regulators.
Handle tasks related to local regulatory reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Develop and implement efficiencies in the regulatory return reporting process.
Support the preparation of tax returns in collaboration with external tax accountants.
Lead and manage the team’s workflow, ensuring that all reports and submissions meet internal standards.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, as well as relevant regulatory authorities.
Support business initiatives and provide regulatory compliance insights.

必要スキル

・Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, especially within a foreign bank.
Strong knowledge of Japan GAAP and IFRS accounting treatments, with a focus
on financial products.
Previous experience handling regulatory requests and working with accounting
auditors.
Proficiency in IT systems, including accounting software and Microsoft Office
applications.
A team player, capable of working independently when required.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
CPA, tax accountant, or Nissho Bookkeeping Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred.
