仕事内容
Responsibilities:
Asset Management work of our existing equity real estate portfolio.
Supporting Overall Real Estate Investment work (Deal Sourcing, Valuation, Due Diligence, Cashflow analysis, Negotiation, Documentation, Closing and other investment procedures).
Creating investment memorandums and various documents for necessary approvals or reporting internally (including U.S. our group).
Regular and non-regular business reporting internally (including U.S. our group) in English through conference call and email etc.

Requirements:
Experience:
Working experience in the real estate field for at least 4 years
Skills:
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Professional Certificate: Authorized real-estate transaction supervisor of Japan (preferred)
Language:
Japanese: Native, English: Business level fluency (preferred)
TOEIC: 800 points or higher (preferred)
Personality:
A good self-starter who can work as a team
A social and cheerful personality with good communication skill and cooperativeness
Exercise reasonable judgment within established policy and procedure guidelines.
Demonstrates initiative, problem solving, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills required.
