仕事内容

●職務内容: 担当していただく職務内容、職務権限を具体的にご記入ください。
MLJ NSPR Advisory & Oversight Team (AOT) is responsible for advisory and oversight of overall compliance excluding sales practices.
Key compliance areas covered by AOT include:
1. Anti bribery and corruption management including control of gifts and entertainment, third party transactions, and hiring of government officials, etc.
2. Conflict of interest including management of outside business activities
3. Investment Compliance
4. Appropriate claims & benefits payments
5. Other compliance risk management for non-sales practices

AOT is responsible for strengthening controls in these compliance areas by:
1. Responding to various inquiries from 1st line of defense areas
2. Conducting periodic risk assessment for each risk area
3. Conducting independent monitoring/testing
4. Planning and promoting various measures to enhance risk controls
5. Reporting to both local senior management and global compliance unit
6. Maintenance of internal rules consistent with global policies and procedures

必要スキル

● 業務遂行に必要最低限必要な経験・スキル（書類選考上のチェックポイント。）
1. Experience in working in compliance or other internal control functions of a life insurance company or other financial institutions.
2. Ability to make decisions and act with autonomy while respecting teamwork.
3. Deep understanding of life insurance business and compliance risks
4. Risk mindset and forward-looking risk management capabilities.
