Job requirements
As a QA member working on our service, you’ll be responsible for the following.

Plan, design, execute tests
Based on the requirements, make test plans, design them, and execute them.
Analyze failures and improve quality
Analyze failures that occur and take measures to improve product quality.
Verify quality assurance
Perform quality assurance verification from the initial product development stages.
Promote and manage test automation
Promote test automation and be responsible for its implementation and management.

Structure
Each product has its own QA team containing several employees and up to 10 business partners. The QA team as a whole has approx. 15 employees and 25 business partners.

There also is a team responsible for overall strategy across products, which includes approx. 4 experienced senior QA engineers.

Development Environment
Development languages: TypeScript, etc.
Test automation: Playwright, etc.
Infrastructure: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Azure, etc.
Version control: GitHub, etc.
Collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

Required skills and experience
QA engineer (3+ years)
Test automation
Agile testing

Preferred skills and experience
Quality, cost, deliver (QCD)
Various testing tools and frameworks
Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) processes and tools
Modeling (the concept of seeing things at a higher level of abstraction)
Working with overseas and offshore QA
