PTS/SOR client onboarding and account management
This role is expected to manage onboarding of a new PTS trading participant as well as a
new SOR service subscriber by acting a liaison between a client and our internal
stakeholders (Trade Desk, Engineering, Legal/Compliance). Onboarding clients range from
institutional brokers, retail brokers, to low latency prop trading firms
Once onboarded, the role is expected to develop relationship through day-to-day contacts,
problem solving and regular push of useful contents, and gather useful intelligence that
would lead to new product development idea for Japan business.
Product development
This role is expected to lead the business initiative for Japan as a product specialist by
o Being an owner of Project Initiation Document for Japan, an internal document to
develop project scopes and objectives for any new product/business initiatives
o Being a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate internal
resources for timely execution of projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on
time with great accuracy and minimum supervision
o Being an owner of any applicable client facing documents such as product service
guides
o Keeping a close dialogue with global product team in order to stay updated with
anything that are applicable to Japan and also to contribute ideas to their product
development

必要スキル
[Skills and experiences]
Native Japanese and professional English language level
Deep knowledge in Japan equity trading industry through hands-on experience as
builder/project manager/user of equity trading system at brokers, exchanges, or
system providers
Open mind personality
Self-starter, self-learner
Strong in analytics. SQL experience is plus
Problem solver personality with high level of attention to details
Native Japanese and professional English language level
Deep knowledge in Japan equity trading industry through hands-on experience as
builder/project manager/user of equity trading system at brokers, exchanges, or
system providers
Open mind personality
