Key Responsibilities:
・ Sales Leadership:
・ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed
revenue goals.
・ Identify and secure new business opportunities within the advertisement industry.
・ Lead high-stakes negotiations and close large-scale deals with key clients.
・ Provide insights into market trends and client needs to inform business strategies.
・ Account Management:
・ Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and
retention.
・ Develop and present tailored advertising solutions that align with client objectives.
・ Monitor the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet client
expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
・ Conduct regular performance reviews and updates with clients, addressing any issues
proactively.
・ Team Leadership:
・ Mentor and support junior sales team members, providing guidance and sharing best
practices.
・ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client
campaigns.
・ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
opportunities.

Qualifications:

・Extensive experience in sales, with a strong track record in the advertisement industry.
・Proven expertise in account management and client relationship building.
・Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
・Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
・Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
・Proficiency in both Japanese and English is highly recommended. However,
proficiency in English is not required.
・ Ability to manage multiple high-profile clients and complex projects simultaneously.
・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is
preferred.
