Job/Group Overview：
As a Techno-Functional Business Analyst specializing in Collateral Management, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements related to margin calculation, interest accruals, and regulatory norms such as global margin rules across cash equities, structured financing, and derivatives business lines.
You will work closely with the business and technology teams to formulate requirements and obtain sign-off from various stakeholders for identified changes.

Responsibilities：
Key Responsibilities
・Develop various specification documents such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), functional specifications, and Data flow diagrams.
・Act as a liaison between technology and the business to clarify functional issues throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
・Take ownership and accountability for tracking requirements from inception to project delivery, including design review, testing, and implementation planning.
・Establish and maintain effective relationships with core and extended project team members, stakeholders, peers, and business representatives.
・Utilize domain knowledge to assist in resolving complex queries from users during production outages.

Requirements：
・Native Japanese level and Business level fluency in English with ability to translate complex problems in both languages.
・Experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry. Prefer focus on Collateral Management.
・Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and Data flow diagrams.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
・Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
・Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
・Documentation of concise change related requirements
・Strong analytical skills
・Strong knowledge across banking products.
・Working knowledge on any Database OR technical coding experience OR ability to debug and understand code.
・Ability to break requirements in line with Agile methodologies.
