We are seeking an entrepreneurial and bilingual Product Manager to lead the adaptation of our online platform providing microlearning courses on MBA-level business topics for the global market, ensuring seamless communication with our Japanese development team. This role involves supporting, directly managing, and gathering information to enhance our product’s global reach.

【業務詳細/Job Responsibilities】
・グローバルプロダクト開発をリードし、日本市場のニーズと整合性を保つ
・日本の開発チームと密に連携し、プロジェクトの進捗を管理
・グローバル市場向けの製品戦略と優先順位を策定し、詳細な仕様に落とし込む
・各ステークホルダーと連携し、要件収集および市場ニーズに対応
・グローバル製品ロードマップの策定と実行、国内ロードマップとの調整
・製品デザインとユーザー体験の戦略を策定し、グローバル基準を満たす
・データ分析に基づき、製品パフォーマンスの評価と改善策の策定
・クロスファンクショナルなコラボレーションを促進し、チーム間の整合性を確保

・Lead the global product expansion, ensuring alignment with the needs of the Japanese market.
・Work closely with the Japanese development team to manage project progress.
・Develop product strategies and prioritize initiatives for global markets, translating them into specifications.
・Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and respond to market needs.
・Create and execute the global product roadmap, aligning with the domestic roadmap.
・Strategize product design and user experience to meet global standards.
・Evaluate product performance through data analysis and develop improvement strategies.
・Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between teams.

【必須要件/Required】
＜実務経験＞
・グローバル市場における製品戦略の策定と実行経験
・プロダクトマネジメント経験（要件定義およびプロダクトデザインを含む）
・3年以上のプロフェッショナルな実務経験
＜能力面＞
・複雑な概念を非エンジニアに説明できる優れたコミュニケーションスキル
・戦略的思考と優れた意思決定能力
・プロジェクトを推進する強いイニシアティブ
＜その他＞
・英語ビジネスレベル
・日本語能力がネイティブレベルの方、または、日本語能力試験（JLPT）1級相当以上
・当社の事業、理念に共鳴できる方

＜Work Experience＞
・Experience in product management, including requirement definition and product design
・Experience in formulating and executing product strategies for global markets
・Over 3 years of professional work experience
＜Capabilities＞
・Excellent communication skills (able to explain complex concepts to non-engineers)
・Strategic thinking and strong decision-making abilities
・Strong initiative and ability to drive projects forward

・Business level English
・Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 level
