The purpose of the position is to be a Mid-level/Junior Sales Trader to work with the offshore and Domestic Financial Institutions Group trading team covering offshore and onshore institutional Long Only and Hedge Fund clients in cash equities. Products handled with include high touch, low touch and portfolio trading. The
successful candidate will be immersed in the equities market and be adept in the technology we use for trading including algorithms. Good problem solving and critical thinking skills are also a must for this job.

●Key Responsibility Areas
・ Assist clients in buying and selling of stock while maintain close contact with clients clients
・ Develop and onboard Japanese clients for Japanese equity
・ Work closely with global trading teams to develop both Japanese equity and foreign equity
・ Knowledge sharing/teach in to potential clients for opening account to trade equity (Buyside experience is preferred)
・ Leverage global sales teams to increase cross-selling and enhance business relationships with Japanese clients in Japan

・日本株のために日本の顧客を開拓する
・グローバルな取引チームと協力して、日本株と外国株の両方を開発する
・株式取引のアカウント開設のために潜在的な顧客に知識を共有/指導する（買いサイドの経験が望ましい）
・グローバルな営業チームを活用して、日本の顧客とのクロスセリングを増やし、ビジネス関係を強化する
