・Drive strategic planning in partnership with head of department and their leadership team, developing objectives and defining performance metrics to monitor progress against plan
・Establish working relationship with key internal stakeholders such as members in the IT management team, sub business unit heads, project managers, hiring office and human resources
・Develop workforce plan inclusive of appropriate resource mix and location strategy, tracking headcount and recruitment pipeline in line with established targets
・Establish working relationship with staffing vendors, oversee process contract renewals, terminations including spend and utilization analysis
・Conduct vendor supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management; analyse complex contract proposals and negotiate favourable terms for renewals
・Manage and drive projects that enhance productivity in business management area
・Lead and guide budgeting process in line with global budget process and streamline processes and tools where feasible
・Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a positive attitude when supporting internal customers
・Act as a liaison for escalation of issues identified by the vendor management team, procurement, business stakeholders, finance and external suppliers
・Support IT Recruitment processes in partnership with Human Resources
・Recruit and train new employees

・ビジネス管理領域の生産性を向上させるプロジェクトの管理と推進
・グローバル予算プロセスに沿って予算編成プロセスをリードし、可能な場合はプロセスとツールを合理化
・社内向けにサポートを提供する際には、早急かつ前向きに対応できるという姿勢で対応　
・人事部と連携してIT採用プロセスサポート対応　
・新入社員の採用・育成

●Essential
・Bachelor’s degree with 3~5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
・Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes
・Execution Detail-oriented and structured in approach to prioritization, analysis, planning and reporting; Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver high-quality outcomes
・Motivation Sets high standards for self and others with a strong desire to overachieve on agreed objectives
・Solid project/program management skills
・Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization (verbal and written)
・Strong time management skills

・Experience with Apptio TBM and/or TBM Executive certification
・Familiar/confident with finance environment where fast-paced
