・Build, test and deliver new services and improvement on both On-premise and Public Cloud platform and services, adhering our company’s standard policy and guideline.
・Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of Cloud platform deployed globally when incident takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary.
・Engage with application teams throughout the lifecycle to provide reliable and scalable Cloud platform and services.
・Identify opportunity to automate manual steps or areas for improvement to remediate or mitigate operational risks, and directly contribute on coding to manage the Cloud platform effectively.
・Collaboratively work with Engineering function and other IT teams to discuss and agree on the enhancement and improvement to address challenges or issues.
・Contribute on documenting operational run books, and give coaching to team members as required.

・運用ランブックの文書化に貢献し、必要に応じてチームメンバーにコーチングを提供します。

＜Mandatory＞
・Good verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・Hands-on and practical knowledge on VMWare vSphere product suits, ESXi, vCenter to build the highly resilient server virtualization platform and manage the environment effectively using the tools CLI and vRealize Operations.
・Experience in managing Public Cloud Services, Azure or AWS(optional) for more than 3 years.

・日本語と英語の両方での口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
・VMWare vSphere製品スーツ、ESXi、vCenterに関する実践的で実践的な知識。耐障害性の高いサーバ仮想化プラットフォームを構築し、CLIおよびvRealize Operationsツールを使用して環境を効果的に管理
・パブリッククラウドサービス、Azure、またはAWS (オプション) を3年以上管理した経験

＜Preferred＞
・Working experience with micro services Docker container, Kubernetes, SDLC toolchain such as Gitlab, Nexus, and Jenkins
・Working experience on Windows server platform, and good understanding on networking and core infrastructure such as Active Directory, Windows SCCM and SSO.
・Good working knowledge in common coding language Python and writing APIs
・Practical knowledge and skills on managing Configuration Management tools, Ansible or Terraform.
・Sound team players to collaborate with various colleagues across regions to deliver goals together.

・マイクロサービスDockerコンテナー、Kubernetes、Gitlab、Nexus、JenkinsなどのSDLCツールチェーンの実務経験
・Windowsサーバプラットフォームでの実務経験があり、Active Directory、Windows SCCM、SSOなどのネットワークおよびコアインフラストラクチャに関する十分な理解
・一般的なコーディング言語であるPythonとAPIの記述に関する十分な実務知識
・構成管理ツール、AnsibleまたはTerraformの管理に関する実践的な知識とスキル
