・Build, test and deliver new services, improvement on the compute platform, and adhering our company’s standard policy and guideline.
・Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of compute platform deployed globally when incident takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support over weekend as necessary.
・Engage with application teams throughout the lifecycle to provide reliable and scalable compute platform and services.
・Identify opportunity to automate manual steps or areas for improvement to remediate or mitigate operational risks and manage the compute platform effectively.
・Collaboratively work with Engineering function and other IT teams to discuss and agree on the enhancement and improvement to address challenges or issues.
・Contribute on documenting operational run books and give coaching to team members as required.

＜Skills & Experience Mandatory＞
・Good verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・4+ years of experience on Windows 2012/2019/2022 OS support- troubleshooting issues, disk management, performance tuning, underlying hardware break fix, and firmware upgrades.
・2+ years of experience on managing Microsoft - Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Microsoft - SCCM CB
・Microsoft Windows OS Patching /Vulnerability management
・Sound team players to collaborate with various colleagues across regions to deliver goals together.

＜スキルと必須経験＞
・日本語と英語の両方での口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
・4年以上のWindows 2012/2019/2022 OSサポート経験-問題のトラブルシューティング、ディスク管理、パフォーマンスチューニング、基盤となるハードウェアの故障修理、ファームウェアアップグレード
・2年以上のMicrosoft-Active Directory、グループポリシーオブジェクト、DNS、DHCP、IIS、Microsoft-SCCM CBの管理経験
・Microsoft Windows OSのパッチ適用/脆弱性管理

＜Preferred＞
・ESXi, vCenter, vRealize Operations Manager to build the highly resilient server virtualization platform and manage the environment effectively using the tools CLI and vRealize Operations.
・Good working knowledge in common coding language Python or PowerShell
・Practical knowledge and skills on managing Configuration Management tools, Ansible or Terraform.
・Hardware knowledge on HP / Cisco UCS
・Pratical experience on Gitlab/Rancher/Docker.
