He worked as a Relationship Manager, and then engaged in the Investment banking business such as corporate turnaround and M&A. He also took managerial role at the branch office and credit supervised department. Before joining Kotora, he was engaged in corporate financing, tie-up sales (mortgage, card loan) and management work at Sony Bank Inc..

Kyotaro Aminaka

Graduated from Meiji University faculty of political science and economics. At Kotora, he is in charge of the recruiting agency work related to the financial industry, consulting firms, accounting firms, and FAS affiliated with accounting firms.

Taizo Matsubara

With the experience of recruiting around 1,000 candidates at all levels during his career as a recruitment consultant, Hiroaki Ishigooka joined KOTORA as a senior consultant in 2008, espousing the vision of the company which prioritizes the candidate's long term career development. Before joining KOTORA, he was a consultant at a large scale recruitment firm where he established a recruiting team specializing in financial service professionals. Prior to that, he was a consultant at a foreign affiliate search firm. He also worked at Industrial Bank of Chiba for 7 years before switching his career to a professional recruitment consultant.Hiroaki has a BA in IT from Teikyo-Heisei University.

He was engaged in planning and management of industrial policy and took responsibility for new business development and rationalization of regulations and systems related to energy policies.Prior to joining us, he worked for Deloitte Tohmatsu Group as a consultant in the field of regional revitalization and education.

Kenji Edamatsu

Kenji's goal as a carrier consultant is to provide "company growth through recruitment." He has abundant knowledge of management through his numerous investment experiences with the venture capital business. To name a few, they would be venture capital businesses with such companies such as Softbank and C. Itoh & Co. He was the executive secretary to the chairman upon LTCB's (currently Shinsei Bank) bankruptcy. Kenji was responsible for loaning and screening towards large and medium sized enterprises. Haruki Yoshimi

After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Letters, Mr. Umemura joined Isetan Mitsukoshi Ltd. (at that time, Mitsukoshi Ltd.) and was in charge of grocery sales division, general affairs, human resources and personnel at their stores. Then he was in charge of subsidiary management and business structural reform at the head office. At the time of management integration with Isetan Ltd., he took the lead in unifying their management account. After that, he was assigned to a grocery retail subsidiary, where he was involved in the share transfer to a buyout investment fund. And he was in charge of formulating and executing a medium-term business plan after the establishment of a new company, as a management member of the corporate planning and finance, accounting department.
Shuya Nozawa

Hideyuki Higashi

After that, he was temporary transferred to a mega bank for one year, where he focused on developing new corporate clients. After returning from his secondment, he spent nine years in the Human Resources Department, primarily in charge of new graduate and career recruiting.

Chikashi Kondo

Chikashi joined a recruiting consulting company and was involved in sales planning where he implemented various human resource solutions for major firms. Recruitment standard formulation, evaluating the screening method, developing the communication process, recruiting globally, supporting operational efficiency, supporting development of IT processing are some examples. Noboru Mimura

Noboru's expertise are in finance, consulting, funds, M&A, and R.E.fund operations . He has experience in M&A at a listed company in the TSE, and also worked in a U.S. based real estate fund firm. Prior to that, he worked in companies such as UK affiliated Prudential Investment Management Japan Co., Ltd.and KPMG. Toshinori Yoshioka

After graduating from Waseda University School of Education, Mr. Yoshioka was engaged in mobile phone sales and internet advertising sales at HIKARI TSUSHIN, INC., and he achieved the top sales in the company at that time. After that, he experienced several representative partners of joint ventures, and was engaged in the development of sales agent for the personnel evaluation system at ASHITA-TEAM Co., Ltd.

Takehiko Nakanishi

Daisuke Sekiguchi

Mr. Sekiguchi worked at a major securities company for 25 years, and was engaged in sales for high-net-worth individuals and medium/small size companies. He experienced asset management and solution sales as well. Before joining Kotora, he was assigned to a department director.

Shunsei Ito

Mr. Ito got his master's degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology. After graduating from university, he started working as a process engineer at a major conglomerate manufacturer, where he was engaged in plant design work. He then moved to an American financial institution, where he worked in retail and corporate sales before joining Kotora.

Mr. Hayashi joined Aflac after graduating from Rikkyo University with a degree in Sociology. There, he worked as an in-house SE, developing and managing a wide range of projects, including systems for agents, core systems, internal system renewal, etc. Then he joined Kotora.

Kazuo Hirama

After graduating from Meiji University, joined an advertising agency and worked with financial institutions and real estate companies. Then moved to a major life insurance company as a FP and got involved in providing financial advice, proposal of both life insurance and general insurance, and proposal of investment management products. Later at a megabank, from investment proposals for high-net-worth clients, to corporate financing, took charge of all aspects of wholesale and retail business. After resigning from the bank, worked as a self-employed financial consultant before settling on the current position.
Kazuki Hori

Mr. Hori obtained his MBA after graduating from university and then joined Kotora. Currently, he provides career change support in the real estate industry in general, with a focus on real estate funds.

Takeshi Nagakawa

After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Law, Mr. Nagakawa worked for Aozora Bank, Ltd. for about 7 years. Then he experienced global custody business at BBH Investmentment Service Co. He also worked for Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., where he worked as a relationship manager of an investment advisory and investment trust management company, and worked as a team leader in the operations department for a total of about 17 years. Prior to joining Kotora, he worked at Nikko Asset Management Co.

Tatsutoshi Yokoji

Mr. Yokoji started his own business while still in high school. After graduating from high school, he entered the Faculty of Law, Kwansei Gakuin University, and after completing law school, completed the Graduate School of Law, Kwansei Gakuin University. After graduation, he worked for two foreign companies and two domestic companies in the HR, legal and corporate planning departments, where he was involved in management strategy projects, external joint projects, field-specific projects (HR, genelal affairs, sales, public relations, etc.) , cross-sectoral projects and was engaged in consulting services.

Arihiro Yamamoto

Tetsumasa has a variety of experiences connected to human resource recruitment through his experiences in a leading real estate fund company Prologis, a major human recruiting company, and a major IT consultant company. Kyoko Takasu

Masashi Yoshizawa

Hideo Yanagida

Hideo Yanagida is the most experienced consultant who worked extensively in Japan's financial markets. Prior to joining KOTORA in 2004, Hideo worked as a money dealer, an ALM hedge operator, and a restructuring advisor at SMBC. In his career at SMBC, he was seconded to Sakura Asset Management (SAM) and worked as a portfolio manager. Hideo has a BA in India-Pakistan Linguistics from Osaka University of Foreign Studies (currently Osaka University) .

Masasru Kashisako

Masaru Kashisako is an expert in recruiting for Investment Banks, Venture Capitals, and Buy-out-funds. Prior to joining KOTORA, he had been a financial analyst at QRB for 12 years. Before QRB, Masaru worked for The Sumitomo Trust and Banking as a financial analyst and a retail sales person at one of its branches. Prior to that, he had worked at Yamaichi Securities.Masaru has a BA in Law from Waseda University.

Kenta Inagaki

Kenta Inagaki recruits financial professionals such as investment bankers, real estate financers, leasing specialists, and accountants. He joined KOTORA in 2007. Prior to that, Kenta worked at SMBC, being responsible for business development for the bank's core institutional customers. He was involved in securitizations, M&As and debt restructurings after spending several years covering the SME sector in domestic branches. Kenta is a graduate of Waseda University with a BA in Commerce.
